Lindsey is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with expertise in diagnosing and treating mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. She is especially passionate about helping individuals during the perinatal and postpartum periods, understanding the significant changes and challenges associated with these life transitions.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Lindsey spent over a decade working as a labor and delivery nurse, where she gained a deep understanding of the emotional and psychological complexities of birth and early parenthood. Her clinical experience includes serving diverse populations, such as low-income families, minority communities, and LGBTQ+ individuals. She also has a special interest in supporting people with ADHD and those on the autism spectrum, focusing on helping each individual better understand and navigate their unique ways of thinking and being.
Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys gardening, spending time with her horse, and swing dancing. She is also passionate about advocating for policies that improve access to mental health care and promote more equitable support systems.
