Roberto Padilla

I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. My academic background includes studies in Microbiology and Nursing at the University of Texas at El Paso and Maryville University. Since 2015, I have dedicated my career to psychiatry and mental health, with experience in both emergency medicine and behavioral health as a BSN-prepared nurse.

I provide care for patients across West Texas, New Mexico, Oregon, and Washington, focusing on depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and ADHD. In addition to medication management, I specialize in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and have been treating patients with this evidence-based therapy since 2019.

My approach to care is holistic, empowering, and patient-centered. I strive to create a supportive and empathetic environment where patients feel heard and guided toward long-term growth and recovery.

Outside of work, I enjoy rock climbing, exercising, and spending time with friends and family.
