Adara Lanning, DNP, PMHNP, is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing inclusive, empowering mental health care across the lifespan. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southern Oregon University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oregon Health & Science University, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Psychiatric-Mental Health from Rush University.
Adara’s clinical interests include mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, and holistic care that integrates pharmacology, psychotherapy, behavioral activation, and DBT-informed strategies based on each individual’s needs and preferences. An Oregon native, she is passionate about expanding access to compassionate, person-centered mental health care.
Outside of work, Adara enjoys spending time with her wife and cat, collecting vinyl records, making pottery, drinking tea, cooking for friends and family, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
