Binu Thomas is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who is very passionate about the dynamic and deeply rewarding field of mental health. With her PMHNP degree from the University of Colorado, Binu also has an additional master’s degree in Mental Health Nursing. Having more than a decade of experience in the field of mental health, Binu’s treatment approach is holistic and collaborative. She believes that mental health care is nuanced and ever-evolving, aiming to achieve the delicate balance between science and empathy. Binu is committed to making a meaningful difference in the mental health and overall quality of life of her clients by adopting therapeutic approaches that are evidence-based and culturally sensitive.

When not working, Binu enjoys spending time with her husband and son. She loves gardening and enjoys cooking for family and friends.
