Katie Halbur

As a psychiatric provider, Katie Halbur, DNP, MSN, PMHNP-BC, APRN understands the importance of building lasting and trusting relationships with patients. She practices evidence-based care to ensure that patients have access to the most up-to-date treatment options, utilizing an integrative, trauma-informed, and holistic approach to support the whole individual. Katie is passionate about her work and field and looks forward to educating patients on treatment options that best fit their needs. Her goal is to create a collaborative care environment, aligning her objectives with patients’ goals in a safe and empathetic space.

With experience as a nurse in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, she provides medication management across the lifespan, comfortably working with both adolescents and adults. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Katie earned her Bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato, her Master’s degree from the University of Colorado, and her Doctorate from the University of Colorado.
