Krystal Cohn
Krystal has been a Registered Nurse since 2016, beginning her career in psychiatry and later expanding her experience in pre-op, PACU, the OR, and IV therapy. Her passion for mental health guided her back to psychiatry, where she advanced her training as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
As PMHNP, she is committed to providing compassionate and evidence-based care to individuals facing mental health challenges. Her methods focus on creating a safe and supportive environment where patients can explore their emotional well-being and develop effective coping strategies. She takes a holistic approach to care, focusing on each individual’s unique needs. While medications are used when necessary, she emphasizes the lowest effective dose and integrates vitamins, alternative modalities, lifestyle changes, and wellness practices to support overall healing.
Krystal is also bilingual in English and Spanish, which enables her to better serve the Hispanic community and ensure that language is never a barrier to receiving high-quality mental healthcare. Her goal is to empower every person she works with to achieve lasting mental wellness.
Outside of her clinical work, Krystal is a dedicated single mother of two active boys, a marathon runner, and the owner of Mobile IV Therapy 2U. You can find her running around giving IVs, or at the mountain skiing and snowboarding with her boys on the weekend.
